Overview

Alwateen is an ecommerce brand specializing in tires and related products. The existing site had grown organically over time, leaving the catalog harder to navigate than it needed to be. The goal was a clearer, more structured digital experience that helps customers find the right product faster.

The Challenge

Tire shopping involves specific decisions — size, vehicle fit, season, brand — and the previous experience didn’t support that decision-making well. Visitors had to work to understand what they were looking at, and the visual layer didn’t reflect the quality of the inventory.

Approach

UX work focused on rethinking the catalog structure and the journey from landing page to product detail. Information hierarchy, filtering, and product cards were redesigned around the way customers actually shop for tires.

UI design layered a cleaner visual system on top — better typography, more consistent spacing, clearer product imagery, and stronger calls to action. A prototype tied the full flow together so the experience could be reviewed and refined before handoff.

Outcome

A redesigned ecommerce experience that feels organized and intentional — easier to browse, easier to compare, and visually polished. The result gives Alwateen a digital storefront that matches the depth of their catalog.
